How To Begin Learning Search Engine Optimization

Suppose, you have made a site or blog, which is quite rich in lots of varieties of information, and you hope that, thousands of visitor will visit your site/blog. But unfortunately, you are not getting that much spontaneous response from those expected number of visitors to your site, as because, still now, an important job, which is supposed to bring those streams of visitor, remains to be done, and that undone thing is, the Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO):?
There are lots of Search Engine in the world, among which, Google is the largest and most popular of them all, followed by the Yahoo, Bing, etc. Suppose, if anybody wants to learn HTML, he/she may give a search in the Google, because, he/she does not know the address of such a website, which has tutorials on HTML. Now, suppose you have got a website, which contains tutorials on HTML. If you now write ‘HTML Tutorial’, and launch a search in the first page of the Google, it will be better, if the first link of the first page happens to be of your site. In that case, you may remain assured that, the user who has been searching so long, by writing ‘HTML Tutorial’, he must visit your site, and find his desired thing. This exhibition of the site of a person, in the very beginning by the Google, despite there being numerous sites, blogs, forums etc containing writes-up on the ‘HTML Tutorial’, the site which was exhibited first, the owner of that site, had adopted some tactics through which, the Google was made to make your site exhibit at first—all these tactics and maneuvers are called the Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Mainly there are two types of Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
1. On page- This is done within the site itself. The things include the title tag, contents, and keyword etc relevant things, of the site.
2. Off page- This is done out of the site, and it includes directory submission, forum posting, article writing etc.
This blog (pleasetellmehow.com) will contain the SEO tutorial about ‘On page’ in the beginning, and thereafter, will be followed by the ‘Off page’ SEO tutorial.
Generally, there are two types of Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
1. Organic SEO and
2. Paid SEO.
This blog will contain Organic SEO tutorial only, and not the Paid Search Engine Optimization.
Paid Search Engine Optimization: When you search for anything in the Google, sometimes you observe that, either on the right hand side or above, there are some links of a different colour, connected with the word, you have launched your search with. Usually the colour of that “different colour” is light brown. These are paid links, that is, for showing these links, the owners of these links had to pay money to the Google. This sort of optimization is called the Paid SEO.
Organic Search Engine Optimization: The links, which are commonly exhibited on search result page, that is, those links which are not highlighted with a special colour by the Google,– this sort of optimization is called the Organic SEO. This also called Algorithm SEO.
